Decoys Inaugural Rockfish Tournament

Get your crew together and get ready to hit the water for the first-ever Decoys Fishing Tournament!
Join us October 9–10, 2026 for a full weekend of fishing, competition, prizes, and waterfront fun at Decoys Seafood. Whether you’re chasing the tournament’s biggest catch or competing for the top spot in your category, we’re kicking off a new Decoys tradition for anglers across Hampton Roads.
The weekend begins Friday evening with our Captain’s Meeting and Kickoff Party at Decoys, followed by tournament day on Saturday.
Tournament Categories
Anglers will compete in two categories:
Rockfish
Black Drum
Plus, one fish will earn the title of the “Beast of the Creek” award, and the tournament’s top prize!

Entry Fees
$175 per boat
Includes up to 4 anglers
$60 per additional angler
$30 per youth angler
17 & under
All anglers must possess a valid Virginia fishing license.
All anglers must abide by our rules and regulations, put forth by the tournament committee
